Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KPJ Foods! Here is everything you need to know about how we get our meals to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground): 3-7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders $48 and above: FREE standard shipping.

  • Orders under $48: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tip: Our Combo Pack ($36) plus any 2 individual meals ($12) gets you to $48 for free shipping!

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on kpjfoods.com or by contacting us.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, high order volume, or other circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep any damaged packaging and products for carrier claims.

Product Storage Note

Our freeze-dried meals have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture and do not require refrigeration. They are lightweight and shipped in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in great condition.
