Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the quality of our meals and will address legitimate issues promptly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is physically damaged in transit, has compromised packaging (torn, punctured, or unsealed), or is visibly defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide:

Your order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged product and packaging (required).
After reviewing your claim, we will offer a one-time replacement of the affected item(s) or a store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.
Taste or Preference Concerns
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste or flavor preferences. We encourage you to try our Combo Pack to discover which meals you enjoy most.
Unopened Returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Products must be received by us in resalable condition. Please contact us before sending any returns — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Any product that has been opened or partially consumed.

Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Products not in their original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization.
Refund and Credit Processing
Store credits are issued within 3-5 business days of claim approval. Where a refund to the original payment method is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, you may return an unopened item for store credit (subject to the terms above) and place a new order.
